HIGHLIGHTING OUR INDIANOLA
LARGE-SCALE RENOVATION

Our goal with the Indianola House was to bring soul and personality to what was once a colorless, muted box. The new owners felt the 1990s era structure situated on a beautiful secluded bay with water and island view had no presence and a colorless muted box.

We took on this challenge by first completely deconstructing the finishes both inside and out. We then meticulously reimagined the space, carefully interlocking new cladding, windows, doors, cabinetry, finishes, and a new gull-wing central roof to create a stunning transformation. The process was total, thorough, and highly detailed, resulting in a home that, rather than simply feeling like a “remodel,” now feels entirely in tune with the owner's lifestyle and vision.
